These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the websites at rentoobuy.com and rentoobuy.in (together, the "Website"). The Website is operated by Saurabh Singh, trading as Rentoobuy ("we", "us", "our"), an individual merchant based at 4, GF, Trishul Complex, Jagdamba Nagar, Haldwani, Uttarakhand 263139, India.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
"You" and "your" mean any person who accesses or uses the Website. "Services" means the features and digital offerings available through the Website, including browsing listings, account features, wallet balance, paid contact unlocks, inventory reports, rent-agreement related requests, and partner programmes where offered.
Rentoobuy is an India-focused property marketplace. We help users explore residential and related property listings and use optional paid digital services on the platform. We are based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
We are a platform and aggregator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the owner, seller, lessor, or broker of the properties listed. Listing content and contact details are supplied by owners, brokers, or our data partners. Transactions relating to a property (rent, sale, brokerage charged by a third party) are between you and that third party.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale in a way that harms the service, or abuse other users.
Abusive or profane conduct toward other users — including owners, buyers, and partners — may result in a permanent ban. Banned users lose access to Services and related perks.

Fees for paid Services are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before you confirm payment. Platform fees (for example wallet top-ups and paid unlocks) are for digital access and related platform services — not for purchase of the underlying property.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay (or another payment partner we designate). We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. Payment success, failure, and refunds may depend on the payment partner's systems and your bank.
You authorise us to debit wallet balance or charge the selected payment method for the fees you confirm. Taxes, if applicable, will be indicated where required.

We do not ship physical goods as part of standard marketplace fees. How and when digital access or document-related fulfilment is provided is described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Website design, branding, software, and original content belonging to us remain our property (or that of our licensors). You may use the Website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or republish our materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Listing photos and descriptions may belong to third parties who supplied them.
The Website and listings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that listing information is complete, current, or error-free. You should verify material facts with the owner or broker before committing to a property transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saurabh Singh / Rentoobuy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or from dealings between you and third-party owners or brokers. Our aggregate liability for paid platform fees related to a specific purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
The Website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of linked sites is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Haldwani, Uttarakhand shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Website.
